Propagated by daughter bulbs between August and September. Bulbs are planted at 10 cm depth and 10-15 cm space between bulbs. Planted bulbs should be covered with peat or branches before winter. The best time for planting bulbs is between June and August. Bulbs could be planted in November if Autumn is warm. Good quality bulbs are heavy in weight, without roots and stems, covered with scales, without diseases.
