PLANT PROPAGATION
Propagation methods: seeds, scrub division, rhizome parts. Seeds are sown into boxes or cold beds in Autumn. Seedlings are replanted into boxes, later in a final growing place. Seedlings are weak, thus they must be protected from direct sun. Bloom in the third or fourth year. Seeds are small. 6000 -10000 seeds per 1 gram. Plant is propagated by rhizome parts in Spring or Autumn (August). Rhizome parts are planted in beds with 30-40 cm space. Some leaves can be cut off. Plants should be watered during the first two weeks.
