PLANT PROPAGATION | |
Propagation methods: seeds, rarely by scrub division. Seeds are sown in boxes outdoors or seedbed in Autumn. If seeds are sown in Spring, they should be stratified at 2-5°C in sand during winter. Seeds should be sown not deep in soil. 10000 seeds per 1 gram, 1000 seedlings per 1 gram of seed sown. Seedlings grow slowly, should be pricked out 2 times. Seedlings are replanted to the final growing place in 2-3 years. Roots are sensitive to replantation. |
