| Propagation methods: seeds, scrub division, cuttings. Rudbeckia hirta, Rudbeckia fulgida and hybrids are propagated by seeds. Seeds are sown in beds in May. 800 - 1200 seeds per 1 gram, 1000 seedlings per 6 grams of seeds sown. Seeds germinate within 10-15 days. Some species begin blooming in the same year. Scrub is divided during replantation. Rudbeckia laciniata, Rudbeckia hirta and hybrids can be propagated by cuttings (4-10 cm long, which are taken from the top or lateral shoots) in beds between June and August. |
