Oenothera tetragona is propagated by scrub division easily in Spring or Autumn. Scrub can be divided with rhizome part and planted at 20 - 30 cm space. \r\nThe flower is propagated by cuttings in May. Oenothera missouriensis is propagated by cuttings in hotbeds. \r\nSeeds are sown in Spring or Autumn. Seeds of Oenothera tetragona are small. 250 seeds per 1 gram. 1000 seedlings per 10 grams of seeds sown. Seeds are sown in boxes, thin layer of soil is spread on. Sprouts are replanted. Oenothera missouriensis is propagated by seeds, because scrub division is not easy. Seeds are bigger, 250 seeds per 1gr. 1000 seedlings per 10 grams are sown.
