PLANT PROPAGATION | |
Propagation methods: seeds, scrub division, rarely by cuttings. To propagate the flower by scrub division is not easy. Scrub is divided between April and May, cuttings are taken in May. Cuttings should be dried a little before planting in beds. Substratum could be mixed from peat and sand. Self-sowing flower. 9000 seeds per 1 gram. 1000 seedlings per 25 grams of seeds sown. Seeds are sown in cold beds in Autumn (October). Seeds germinate within 3-4 weeks. Seeds sown in Autumn germinate in Spring. |
