PLANT PROPAGATION
Propagation methods: seeds, cuttings. The flower is propagated by cuttings in Spring or Summer. Green cuttings (4-6 cm long) are taken from the top of stem. Cuttings are planted in beds. Rooting percentage is 70 – 80. Seeds are sown in the end of Autumn or in beds or boxes in Spring. Seeds are sown in boxes or beds in late Autumn or Spring. Layer of soil (0.5 cm) is spread on seeds. Seedlings with 2-3 true leaves are pricked out in beds. Could be replanted 2 times. After 2 years seedlings are replanted to the final growing place. The flower can grow 5-6 years in the same place.
